Who Should Attend?
This course is aimed at sole traders and partnerships trading in their first year.
Course Objectives:
This course is designed to provide a simple bookkeeping framework for meeting internal and external requirements for businesses which do not currently wish to use a computerised bookkeeping or accounting system. The course is practical and by the end of the session participants will be able to take away with them a simple manual book-keeping system that they understand and can continue to use.
Course Outline:
Specifically the course is aimed to provide the following:
- An understanding of the requirements for bookkeeping.
- An introduction to a simplified method of bookkeeping.
- Sufficient knowledge and experience so that businesses can perform most bookkeeping tasks with minimum requirement to seek external help.
- An opportunity for organisations to learn how to save time and money.
- Provide a case study that will give participant real experience of performing the various tasks.
- Show where additional help can be obtained.
