FREE Public Sector Tendering-part 2- the ITT onwards workshop with Melanie Bryan, WhyNotChange

You’ve successfully completed the PQQ, been shortlisted and invited to tender...what next? This practical session explores how to respond to the ITT (invitation to tender) including the interview and presentation, providing tips to increase your chances of success. We will also explore practical issues to consider once you have a won a contract including mobilisation and contract management. The workshop is designed for organisations who already have some experience of tendering for Public Sector contracts and/or have previously attended one of the Cheshire East Council sponsored ‘Public Sector Tendering - Let’s Get Started’ workshops.
Outline of the session
The workshop includes:
- The Public Sector tendering process from the point at which an ITT is issued
- The typical components of the ITT pack
- How to respond to the ITT
- How to prepare for an ITT interview and presentation
- Practical issues to consider when the contract has been won – mobilisation and contract management
