Lead Business Advisor – North West
Experienced Business Advisor with a background in managing a team of Business Advisors, or a role of a similar nature.  This is a senior role which will include holding 1 to 1 Advisory sessions with clients, as well as overseeing a team of advisors, holding responsibility for monitoring performance against targets for the team.

Enterprise Coaches required for the following areas – Cheshire & Manchester East
Experienced Enterprise Coach with a background in working with hard to reach communities, engaging with members of the local community, and providing support to individuals who wish to consider setting up in business, or education. All candidates must have good geographical knowledge of the required areas.

Business Advisors required in the following areas – Cheshire East, Oldham, Rochdale, Manchester and Stockport
Experienced Business Advisors with a background in providing one to one business start up support to clients including assisting them to develop their business plan and Cashflow forecast in great detail, from start to finish. At least three years experience as a Business Advisor is essential to this role. All candidates must also have a good geographical knowledge of the required areas, and a network of contacts such as enterprise agencies, banks, local authorities etc.

Project Manager – Maternity cover
To oversee delivery of funded contracts aimed at providing outreach support to help clients facing barriers into employment, self employment or training. Experience of management of funded contracts is essential as well as a good geographical knowledge of Grater Manchester.

Skillworks Administrator
Experienced Administrator required to assist with administration relating to funding. 
Ideally you will have at least 2 years admin experience, good organizational and administrative skills.
Closing date for Skillworks Admin role is Friday 26th February 2010.

Information, Advice and Guidance Advisor
Working on an outreach basis within the local community around Manchester, you will assist people facing barriers by signposting them towards support for employment, self employment and training.   Ideally you will have the ability to relate sensitively to clients who have suffered redundancy, or who are facing redundancy, and support their development and have the knowledge and understanding of marketing of professional training.
